Multitalented artist Agnes Monica who has been active in the entertainment world, especially in the field of music and acting since a child As for the music world, since childhood, Agnes Monica who adored Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson has been widely released Hit singles such as Bala-Bala, Yess, and Tralala-Trilili. Agnes Monica released Her debut teen Album in 2003 entitled "....And The Story Goes" and got a good deal of appreciations from music lovers in Indonesia. Then She released Her Second Album "Whaddup A?!" in 2005, This album is a bomb!! It creates several HITS such as TAK ADA LOGIKA, TANPA KEKASIHKU, GET UP (Duet with Keith Martin) and Others...
Then in 2009 She launched her third album called "SACREDLY AGNEZIOUS" Agnes Monica was Working all out on completing this album, She's not only as a singer but also producer and songwriter, She composed some songs from the album as follows : Godai Aku Lagi, Shake It Off, Believe, A.G.N.E.Z and Others, She also composed some new songs in her latest album "AGNES IS MY NAME" They are : Karna Ku Sanggup and Paralized.
She has grabbed practically all the major musical and TV Drama awards in Indonesia and Asia including AMI Awards, MTV Music Awards, Panasonic Awards , Best new Comer Planet Music Awards 2003(Singapore) and Asia Song Festival (Seoul Korea) as Best Asian Artist for two times 2008 and 2009. She's even being nominated in The Webby Awards as best performers for her amazing performance in American Music Awards 2010 and JpopAsia International Music Awards 2010.
Recently She got Nugraha Bhakti Musik Indonesia Award 2011 for her dedication and contribution, both in thought and deed for the progress and development and preservation of Indonesian music from The Minister of Culture and Tourism and the Union of Singers, Songwriters and recording music arrangers Indonesia or "Persatuan Artis Penyanyi, Pencipta Lagu dan Penata Musik Rekaman Indonesia (PAPPRI).
