Deputy Bill McSweeney of the Los Angeles County sheriff's office said that 30-year-old singer was in the car driven by her boyfriend who was stopped in West Hollywood at 2:45 o'clock in the morning.
Police issued Matthew Rutler (Christina's boyfriend) a ticket on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. He remains in jail on bail of 30 thousand U.S. dollars.
