Demi Lovato has ended her touring efforts prematurely to receive help at a treatment center for personal reasons.The Disney star was in the midst of an overseas "Camp Rock 2" tour as her rep confirmed that Lovato made the decision.
Miss Lovato's rep stated, "Demi Lovato left her tour early this weekend in order to seek medical treatment for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time. Demi has decided to take personal responsibility for her actions and seek help. She is doing just that."
"Demi and her family ask that the media please respect their privacy during this difficult time," the rep continued. "She regrets not being able to finish her tour, but is looking forward to getting back to work in the near future."
